Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp water
• 1 envelope Good Seasons lemon and herbs or Italian salad dressing mix
• 23 c olive oil
• 3 Tbsp Feta cheese crumbled optional
• 12 tsp dried oregano leaves

Directions

1. Combine lemon juice water and salad dressing mix in cruet or jar
2. Shake well
3. Add olive oil Feta cheese and oregano
4. Shake well
5. Makes 1 cup
