Green Bean And Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 12 tsp sugar
- 18 tsp pepper
- 14 c milk
- 12 tsp grated onion
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 1 lb cans green beans
- 1 12 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 13 c crushed corn flakes
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- In a saucepan blend first tablespoon melted butter flour sugar salt and pepper
- Cook stirring until bubbly
- Blend in the milk and remove from heat
- Stir in the grated onion and sour cream mix well
- Butter a 1 12 quart casserole
- Add mixed drained green beans sauce and Swiss cheese
- Over top spread the blended corn flakes and second tablespoon melted butter
- Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes
