Green Bean And Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 12 tsp sugar
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 14 c milk
  • 12 tsp grated onion
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 2 1 lb cans green beans
  • 1 12 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 13 c crushed corn flakes
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. In a saucepan blend first tablespoon melted butter flour sugar salt and pepper
  2. Cook stirring until bubbly
  3. Blend in the milk and remove from heat
  4. Stir in the grated onion and sour cream mix well
  5. Butter a 1 12 quart casserole
  6. Add mixed drained green beans sauce and Swiss cheese
  7. Over top spread the blended corn flakes and second tablespoon melted butter
  8. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes
