Green Bean And Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 carton sour cream
- 8 oz grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can celery soup
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c onion chopped
- 14 c green pepper chopped
Directions
- Layer green beans and corn
- Mix sour cream cheese and soup Pour over vegetables
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers
- Bake at 325 until bubbly and crackers are brown
- Mix chopped onion celery and green pepper with soup mixture before pouring over vegetables
