Green Bean And Yogurt Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can French-style green beans undrained
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp reduced calorie margarine melted
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
Directions
- Place beans in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
- Remove from heat and drain
- Put beans in a one-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray
- Set aside and keep warm
