Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can French-style green beans
- 1 15 oz can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 15 oz can peas
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 c pimento
- 12 c celery
- 12 c green pepper optional
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Drain green beans corn and peas
- Mix vegetables with onion pimento and celery
- Heat sugar vinegar and salt
- Pour over vegetables
- Best if refrigerated overnight
- Yields 10 servings Preparation time is 15 minutes
