Green Beans And Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can cut green beans drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 14 c butter melted
- 1 tube Ritz crackers crushed
Directions
- Grease a 2-quart casserole dish combine butter and cracker crumbs and press one-half of mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish
- Layer remaining ingredients in dish twice top with remaining crumb mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until it bubbles
