Green Beans With Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp grated onion
- 18 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp grated lemon peel
- 14 c water
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 16 oz can French-style green beans
- 6 to 8 cooked crepes
- 14 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 14 c dry bread crumbs
Directions
- In saucepan melt 1 tablespoon butter
- Stir in flour salt onion pepper and lemon peel
- Mix in water
- Cook until thick Stir in sour cream then green beans
- Fill crepes
- Fold over Mix cheese with 1 tablespoon melted butter and bread crumbs Sprinkle over filled crepes
- Place in broiler until cheese melts
