Green Chile Soup

Ingredients
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 Anaheim chiles coarsely chopped
- 12 jalapeno pepper seeded and coarsely chopped or 18 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 12 c chicken broth
- 1 c tomato juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the cilantro in a 2-quart casserole
- Cover tightly and cook on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through
- To serve
- Spoon the soup into 4 cups and sprinkle with cilantro
