Green Chili Stew
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb pork steak chopped
- 14 c corn oil
- 14 c flour
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 2 c water
- 2 16 oz cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 4 oz cans green chilies
- 1 16 oz can tomato juice
Directions
- Cook pork in oil in skillet until brown stirring frequently Sprinkle with flour
- Pour into crock-pot
- Add remaining ingredients mix well
- Cook on low for 4 hours or longer
- Serve with flour tortillas filled with melted cheese
