Green EnchiladasGet Raves
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 large jar chopped pimientos
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c chopped onion
- 12 lb grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 doz flour tortillas
Directions
- Combine soup milk and Velveeta in top of double boiler
- Heat until cheese melts
- Add chilies and pimientos
- Set aside
- Brown meat season with a little cumin powder and pepper if desired Layer torn tortillas meat onion Velveeta sauce and grated cheese
- Repeat layers
- Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes Enjoy
