Green Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c onions
- 1 c green pepper
- 1 c celery
- 8 oz can mushrooms
- 5 to 6 c diced chicken
- 10 oz green noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 large jar diced pimento
- 1 lb Velveeta
Directions
- Saute pepper celery and onion in oleo
- Add cheese cut into small pieces soup mushrooms pimento and chicken
- Cook noodles in broth where chicken was cooked
- Add noodles to mixture and pour into casserole dish
- Cook in 350 oven covered for 25 to 30 minutes
- Remove cover and cook until brown 5 minutes
