Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 c 8 oz shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 to 8 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 12 c sour cream
- 14 c butter softened
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
