Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 12 c margarine
  • 1 5 oz can water chestnuts sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 c margarine
  • 14 pkg herb dressing
  • 1 12 Tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

  6. drained
  7. Set aside
  8. Saute onion and celery in the 12 cup margarine
  9. Add drained chestnuts soup flourand peas
  10. Mixtogether
  11. well and cook slightly
  12. Add salt
  13. and pepper
  14. totasteMelt
  15. the
  16. 14 cup margarine in skillet
  17. and add
  18. the
  19. herb
  20. dressing
  21. Set
  22. aside
  23. Pour all except the dressing into a medium casserole dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and hot
  24. Add dressing and brown slightly
