Green Rice
Ingredients
- 1 c chopped onions
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped parsley
- 14 lb butter or margarine
- 1 c raw rice
- 3 c chicken broth
Directions
- Saute onions
- celery
- and
- parsley in butterPut raw rice and
- vegetables in a large casserole
- Mix together
- Add chicken broth
- Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours covered
