Ingredients

• green tomatoes diced about as many tomatoes as you would apples
• 1 c sugar
• nutmeg
• butter
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Slice or dice green tomatoes ahead so juice runs off and pie wont be soggy
