Green Tomato Relish

Ingredients

• 1 gal chopped green tomatoes
• 1 qt chopped onion
• 2 c chopped sweet peppers
• 1 c chopped hot peppers
• 4 c sugar
• 3 c white vinegar
• 14 c salt

Directions

1. Cook until it turns white and seal relish up in a jar
2. This does not take long to prepare
