Greens

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 bunches turnip greens you may use any other greens
- 3 or 4 collard greens
- 3 or 4 mustard greens
- 1 ham hock or 14 lb salt pork
- 1 small onion or green onions
- crushed red pepper
Directions
- Boil ham hock or salt pork in pot while washing greens Add clean
- greens
- onions
- and
- red pepper to meat
- Cook for about 45minutes
- to
- 1hour or until done
- Serve with corn bread etc
