GreggS Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
- dried onions
- 12 c wine vinegar
- black and red pepper
- 14 c soy sauce
- 2 No 10 cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 1 c Scotts pork barbecue sauce
- 14 c cooking oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in pan and heat over low heat for about 1 hour
- Add Cajun spices if not hot enough
- Dip meat in sauce after cooking a few minutes
- Baste after cooking with more sauce
