GriffinS Grape Jelly Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 13 c minced onion
- 14 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 14 c shortening
- 1 bottle 12 oz chili sauce
- 1 14 c Griffin Grape Jelly
Directions
- Mix ground beef crumbs onion milk egg and next four seasonings
- Gently shape into 1-inch balls melt shortening in large skillet
- Brown meatballs
- Remove meatballs from skillet drain fat
- Heat chili sauce jelly in skillet until jelly is melted stirring constantly
- Add meatballs stir until coated Simmer 30 mins
- Serve hot in chafing dish
- Makes 5 dozen
