- 6 Tbsp butter softened
- 1 large scallion minced
- 12 c minced fresh herbs parsley dill oregano chives
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ground pepper
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

- Two hours ahead mix butter with scallions herbs lemon juice Tabasco Worcestershire and pepper
