Grilled Corn-On-The-Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn fresh and shucked or frozen
  • bacon
  • chili curry ginger or paprika to taste

Directions

  1. Season each of corn with your choice of seasoning just enough to give it zing
  2. Wrap a slice of bacon around each ear
  3. Roll up each ear in aluminum foil twisting ends
  4. Place on hot grill for appr 10 minutes each side or until done
