Grilled Leg Of Lamb With Garlic And Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 8 large garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary or 2 tsp dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 5 lb leg of lamb boned butterflied and trimmed of excess fat

Directions

  1. Combine garlic rosemary salt and pepper in small bowl
  2. Mash with fork to form coarse paste
  3. Place lamb in shallow baking dish
  4. Spread half of garlic paste over each side
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
  6. Bring to room temperature before cooking
