Grilled Leg Of Lamb With Garlic And Rosemary
Ingredients
- 8 large garlic cloves pressed
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary or 2 tsp dried
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp ground pepper
- 1 5 lb leg of lamb boned butterflied and trimmed of excess fat
Directions
- Combine garlic rosemary salt and pepper in small bowl
- Mash with fork to form coarse paste
- Place lamb in shallow baking dish
- Spread half of garlic paste over each side
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
- Bring to room temperature before cooking
