Grilled Red Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 c olive oil
- 8 to 12 red potatoes
- 12 c water
Directions
- Slice garlic cloves
- Mix with olive oil
- Set aside for at least 4 hours
- Wash potatoes
- Cut into quarters
- Place into microwavesafe covered dish
- Add water
- Cook 10 to 15 minutes on High in microwave or until tender
- Drain water
- Place on grill brush with olive oil mix
- Turn occasionally until slightly crisp Serve immediately
