Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb swordfish steaks about 1-inch thick
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 18 tsp paprika
  • 14 c melted butter
  • lemon juice

Directions

  1. Sprinkle steaks with salt pepper and paprika rub seasonings in lightly
  2. Place fish on preheated grill
  3. Brush top with 2 tablespoons butter
  4. Turn after about 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Brush second side with remaining butter and cook until lightly browned about 5 minutes more
  6. Serve with lemon
