Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb swordfish steaks about 1-inch thick
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp freshly ground white pepper
- 18 tsp paprika
- 14 c melted butter
- lemon juice
Directions
- Sprinkle steaks with salt pepper and paprika rub seasonings in lightly
- Place fish on preheated grill
- Brush top with 2 tablespoons butter
- Turn after about 3 to 5 minutes
- Brush second side with remaining butter and cook until lightly browned about 5 minutes more
- Serve with lemon
