Grilled Tuna

Ingredients

  • 23 c canola or olive oil
  • 23 c teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 12 tsp ground ginger
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 8 5 oz fresh tuna steaks
  • cherry tomatoes leaf lettuce and lime slices garnish

Directions

  1. Combine oil teriyaki sauce lime juice ginger garlic powder and pepper
  2. Place tuna in a shallow dish
  3. Add marinade
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to 1 day
  5. Grill tuna over medium hot coals about 5 minutes on each side
  6. Serve on a bed of leaf lettuce
  7. Garnish with lime slices and cherry tomatoes
  8. Serves 8
