Grilled Tuna
Ingredients
- 23 c canola or olive oil
- 23 c teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 12 tsp ground ginger
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp pepper
- 8 5 oz fresh tuna steaks
- cherry tomatoes leaf lettuce and lime slices garnish
Directions
- Combine oil teriyaki sauce lime juice ginger garlic powder and pepper
- Place tuna in a shallow dish
- Add marinade
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to 1 day
- Grill tuna over medium hot coals about 5 minutes on each side
- Serve on a bed of leaf lettuce
- Garnish with lime slices and cherry tomatoes
- Serves 8
