Grits Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 c cooked grits
- 1 lb cheese Velveeta
- 1 stick butter
- dash of red pepper
- 6 eggs beaten
- 12 c milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash of garlic
Directions
- Cut cheese and butter into hot grits
- Add pepper and garlic Beat eggs adding milk and baking powder
- Stir into hot mixture and pour into greased 8 x 11-inch baking dish
- Bake 45 to 60 minutes in a 350 oven
- Salt to taste
