Ground Beef Surprise

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground round
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 bag frozen French fries
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Press ground round evenly over bottom of buttered 13 x 9-inch pan
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Sprinkle onion over meat Sprinkle frozen French fries evenly over onion
4. Mix chicken and mushroom soups together add 34 cup water
5. Pour carefully over meat and potato mixture
6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes
