Ground Sirloin And Swiss Chard

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- Swiss chard or spinach
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- salt
- pepper
- oil
Directions
- Boil Swiss chard
- Drain and squeeze out water chop up Brown the ground sirloin with onion and garlic in oil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir in Swiss chard
- Serve on hard rolls
