Ground Turkey Breast Basic Mix

Ingredients
- 1 about 1 14 lb pkg ground turkey
- 12 c plain or seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 13 c finely chopped onion
- 14 c liquid egg substitute
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ground pepper or to taste
Directions
- In medium bowl combine all ingredients
- Add other seasonings as desired
- You can use this mixture for burgers meat balls or meat loaf
- Makes 6 servings 140 calories 2 g fat per serving
