Gruyere Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 medium size baking potatoes unpeeled and thinly sliced
- 1 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 tspsalt
- 14 Tbsp minced garlic
- 12 c 2 oz shredded Gruyere cheese
Directions
- Place potatoes in a greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over potatoes Bake uncovered at 400 for 40 minutes Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake an additional 5 minutes
- Yields 4 to 6 servings
