Guava Catsup

Ingredients
- 5 onions medium size finely chopped
- 14 c water
- 3 qt guava pulp
- 2 large garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 6 c cane sugar
- 5 small peppers finely chopped
- 1 12 to 2 c vinegar
- 4 tsp allspice ground
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Cook the onions in the water until soft
- Combine all the ingredients and cook for 30 to 40 minutes
- Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately
