GulashsuppeRecipe From Germany
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef chuck or round cut in cubes
- 4 chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 c flour
- 12 tsp caraway seed
- 12 tsp marjoram
- 12 tsp thyme
- 3 tsp tomato paste
- 1 12 qt beef broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 c red wine
- 1 tsp cream
Directions
- Saute diced beef and onions
- Add crushed garlic and paprika Dust flour over saute
- Then add all other ingredients except wine and cream
- Cook for about 2 hours stirring occasionally Add wine and cream just before serving
- Serve with German bread
