GwenS Buttermilk Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 14 c warm water
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 14 c boiling water
- 1 c buttermilk
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 12 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water Mix shortening in boiling water Add buttermilk
- Mix soda salt and sugar with the flour Add flour gradually into wet ingredients Place in greased bowl until double in size
- Shape into rolls and place in warm spot to raise again
- Bake in a 350 oven until golden brown 35 to 45 minutes
