Haddock Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 14 c bread crumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp diced onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 lb haddock
Directions
- Heat the oven to 400
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the fish
- Place the fish on individual squares of greased aluminum foil
- Spoon the crumb mixture over the fish Seal the foil securely and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
- Makes six servings
