Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb haddock fillets
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 14 c chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
  • 12 c dry white wine

Directions

  1. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper Dredge lightly in flour
  2. Place fillets in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish Dot with butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onions
  3. Pour wine around fillets in dish Bake at 400 for 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork Yields 4 servings
