Haddock Fillets In White Wine
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb haddock fillets
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 14 c chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 12 c dry white wine
Directions
- Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper Dredge lightly in flour
- Place fillets in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish Dot with butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onions
- Pour wine around fillets in dish Bake at 400 for 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork Yields 4 servings
