Half-Moon Cookies
Ingredients
- 4 sq melted unsweetened chocolate or 6 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c Crisco or butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1 c milk and 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter sugar eggs and chocolate in large bowl
- Add flour and mix well
- Add remaining three ingredients
- Mix until batter is smooth
- Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by heaping tablespoonfuls
- Bake at 325 for 10 to 20 minutes depending on size of cookies
- Cool and frost with Buttercream frosting
- Kids love these and so do adults
