Halusky Potato Dumplings

Ingredients
- 2 Large Potatoes Grated Fine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Cup Flour
Directions
- Add salt and flour to potatoes and mix well
- Dough should be thin
- More or less flour can be used according to size of potatoes
- Boil a large pan of water
- Put dough on plate
- Use a knife or spoon to scrape off small portion at a tie into boiling water
- Boil about 15 minutes
- Stir frequently to prevent scorching
- Drain
- Rinse with cold water
- Do not leave Halusky Set
