Halusky Potato Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Potatoes Grated Fine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Cup Flour

Directions

  1. Add salt and flour to potatoes and mix well
  2. Dough should be thin
  3. More or less flour can be used according to size of potatoes
  4. Boil a large pan of water
  5. Put dough on plate
  6. Use a knife or spoon to scrape off small portion at a tie into boiling water
  7. Boil about 15 minutes
  8. Stir frequently to prevent scorching
  9. Drain
  10. Rinse with cold water
  11. Do not leave Halusky Set
