Ham-Dijon Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 7 oz pkg refrigerated rigatoni uncooked
- 2 c cubed cooked ham
- 1 c 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 carrot scraped and thinly sliced
- 12 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 8 oz carton plain low-fat yogurt or nonfat sour cream alternative
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- lettuce leaves
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions drain Rinse with cold water drain
- Combine pasta and next 4 ingredients
- Set aside
