Ham Cheese Omelet Rolls
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 34 c milk
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 eggs
- 8 oz ham finely chopped 1 12 cups
- 1 12 c cheddar cheese
- 14 c green onions with tops thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In a bowl combine cream cheese and milk whisk until smooth
- Add flour and salt mix well
- In a separate bowl gently whisk eggs then add cream cheese mixture mix well
- Pour in a long cookie sheet parchment paper may be used Bake for 30 to 33 minutes or until eggs are puffy and golden Meanwhile finely chop ham
- Remove omelet from oven immediately spread dijon mustard and sprinkle 12 of cheese ham and green onions
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and roll up like a jelly roll
- Let stand 5 minutes allowing cheese to melt
- Slice and serve
