Ham And Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 16 oz cream cheese
• 12 lb Kraft Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
• 2 tsp grated fresh onion
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 12 tsp paprika
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 2 14 oz can deviled ham
• 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
• 2 Tbsp chopped pimentos
• 23 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Soften cream cheese in a large bowl
2. Add all other ingredients except pecans
3. Mix well
4. Chill until nearly firm Shape into ball or log
5. Roll in chopped pecans
6. Wrap in waxed paper or foil
7. Chill
