Ham And Cheese Party Rolls

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Pepperidge Farm party rolls 20 rolls per pkg
• 14 c prepared mustard
• 14 c dehydrated onion flakes
• 12 c soft margarine
• 1 Tbsp poppy seed
• 12 lb boiled sliced ham
• 12 lb sliced Swiss cheese

Directions

1. In medium bowl combine mustard onion margarine and poppy seed
2. Do not separate rolls first
3. Split entire roll package horizontally and spread each side with mustard mixture
4. Cut ham and cheese into squares to fit individual rolls
5. Put one of each on each roll then top with other half of roll package
6. Separate rolls and return to original aluminum pan
7. Cover with foil and heat at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes
8. Can be made ahead and frozen Do not heat until ready to serve
9. Serves 8 to 10 persons
