Ham And Cheese Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 12 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 10 inch flour tortillas
- 4 oz ham finely chopped
- 14 cup chopped canned green chilies
- Salsa optional
Directions
- Combine cheeses divide equally between two tortillas
- Place ham and green chiles over cheese
- Top with another tortilla
