Ham And Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 slices white bread
  • 10 slices ham chopped
  • 3 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 2 12 c milk
  • 12 tsp onion salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan layer half of the bread chopped ham and cheese repeat
  2. Combine eggs milk onion salt salt and pepper
  3. Pour over layered mixture
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  5. Bake in 375 oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly
  6. A good Sunday morning brunch
