Ham And Mac Bake

Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg elbow macaroni 1 23 c
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 c cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 c soft bread crumbs 1 14 slices
- 14 c margarine or butter
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c reconstituted nonfat dry milk
- 2 medium apples peeled and thinly sliced 2 c
- 2 Tbsp margarine melted
Directions
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender 8 to 10 minutes
- Drain
- In a large saucepan melt 14 cup margarine Blend in flour mustard salt and pepper
- Add milk all at once Stir in sugar
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
- Stir in macaroni ham and apple
- Turn into 2-quart casserole Combine crumbs and melted margarine Sprinkle over casserole
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
- Serves 8
