Ham And Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked wide egg noodles
- 14 c margarine or butter
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c dairy sour cream
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp caraway seed optional
- 14 c dry bread crumbs
- paprika
- 2 c diced fully cooked smoked ham about 12 lb
Directions
- Drop noodles into 6 cups rapidly boiling water heat to rapid boil
- Cook
- stirring constantly 3 minutes cover and remove from heatLet stand for 10 minutes drain
- Heat oven to350 Stir

- and onion into noodles
- Stir eggs into
- sour cream
- Stir
- egg
- mixture
- ham salt pepper and caraway seed if desired into noodles
- Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly
- in
- a greased 2-quart casserolePour noodle mixture into
- casserole Sprinkle
- with
- paprika
- Bake
- uncovered until
- mixture is set 40 to 45 minutes
- Serve from casserole orunmoldonto

- Place inverted platter over
