Ham And Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 c medium noodles
• 2 Tbsp Crisco
• 1 lb diced ham
• 1 Tbsp oleo or butter
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 3 c milk
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• 2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions

1. Cook noodles in salted water for 8 minutes
2. Heat Crisco
3. Add ham and brown lightly
4. Sprinkle flour over ham stir until coated Add milk slowly and cook thick
5. Add salt noodles and corn
6. Mix and pour in a 2-quart casserole dish
