Ham And Onion Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed chicken soup
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 c finely chopped cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pimiento
  • 2 9-inch pie shells
  • 12 c half and half
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Bake pie shells at 450 for 6 minutesAlways prick bottom and sides of crusts with afork before baking
  2. Remove shells from oven reduce heat to 350
  3. Toss ham in 1 tablespoon flour then sprinkle ham over bottom of pie shells
  4. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over ham
  5. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour mixture into shells
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
