Ham And Pineapple Skewers
Ingredients

- 1 34 c orange juice
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 6 whole wheat bread slices
- 12 lb ham
- 16 oz pineapple chunks in juice canned
- oil
Directions
