Ham And Rice Chantilly

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked diced ham
- 3 c cooked rice
- 1 c green peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 c Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 c heavy cream whipped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Use a 2-quart casserole dish greased Combine ham rice peas 12 cup cheese salt pepper and cayenne Spoon into casserole dish
- Add remaining cheese to the whipped cream
- Spread over top of rice mixture
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
