Ham And Swiss Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 1 lb loaf frozen white bread dough thawed
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 c shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
- 8 1 oz slices lean cooked turkey ham
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Sprinkle flour over work surface
- Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll into a 12-inch square
- Combine mustard and honey in small bowl and brush over dough
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese Top with ham slices
- Roll up jelly roll fashion pinching seam to seal dont seal ends
- Cut roll into 16 slices
- Place slices cut side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
- Cover and let rise in a warm place 85 for 45 minutes
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden
- Serve immediately
