Ham And White Bean Soup

Ingredients

• 1 cooked ham slice
• 2 celery stalks
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 1 zucchini
• 3 15 oz cans Great Northern Beans
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 12 tsp basil
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 can stewed tomatoes
• 1 can chicken broth
• 12 bag fresh spinach

Directions

1. Dice and saute celery onion carrots zucchini and ham in dutch oven with
2. olive oil and seasoning
3. Stir in tomatoes chicken broth spinach 1 can beans smashed and 2 cups water Heat to boil
4. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes
5. Add the rest of beans and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
