Ham And White Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cooked ham slice
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 3 15 oz cans Great Northern Beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 12 tsp basil
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can chicken broth
- 12 bag fresh spinach
Directions
- Dice and saute celery onion carrots zucchini and ham in dutch oven with
- olive oil and seasoning
- Stir in tomatoes chicken broth spinach 1 can beans smashed and 2 cups water Heat to boil
- Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes
- Add the rest of beans and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
